How to file a notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to pinaydude@proton.me with:
Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A description of the copyrighted work. The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act. Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
KainPepe may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
